Most people have never actually read their credit report.

It affects your rent, your car note, your insurance and sometimes your job, yet almost no one is shown how to read it, let alone what to do when something looks wrong.

It's written in a language nobody taught you.

Account codes, remarks and dates spread across three bureaus that don't always match each other.

You're not sure what's worth questioning.

Without a system, it's hard to tell a normal entry from one that may be inaccurate or incomplete.

So you pay before you understand.

Many people spend hundreds of dollars on help before they know what the process involves.

Getting professional help is a choice some people make. It's a better choice when you understand the process first.

You don’t need another guru. You need to understand the process.

The DIY Credit Action Kit turns a confusing process into an organized one: what to look at, how to document it, which letter fits which situation and how to keep track of every response.

It’s credit education you can act on, on your own schedule and in your own words. No calls, no contracts, nothing to sign.

The process is yours to learn.

Federal law gives you the right to dispute information on your credit report that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. You can do it directly with the credit bureaus and with the companies that report to them.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to start. What most people are missing is structure: knowing where to look, what to write and how to keep track. That’s what this kit is for.

Professional services can be the right fit for some people. Either way, understanding the process means you’ll always know what’s happening with your own information.

  • Understand

Know what's on your reports, what it means and what may need attention.

  • Organize

Keep your letters, documents and responses in one system instead of scattered.

  • Follow through

Build credit-management habits that outlast any single dispute.

Straight answers.

If it isn’t answered here, reach us through the Contact page.

Is this a credit repair service?

No. The DIY Credit Action Kit is a digital educational product. We don't contact the credit bureaus or your creditors for you. You review your own reports and decide what action, if any, to take.

Will this raise my credit score?

We can't promise that, and no one honestly can. Credit scores depend on your full credit history and many factors outside this kit. What the kit does is help you understand your reports, address information that may be inaccurate and build better credit-management habits.

Can the kit remove negative items from my report?

The dispute process exists to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete. Accurate negative information can generally remain on your report for the period the law allows. The kit shows you how to identify what may be worth disputing and how to dispute it properly. It does not guarantee that any item will be changed or removed.

Can't I do this myself for free?

Yes. You can get your credit reports from official sources and file disputes with the credit bureaus at no cost. The kit doesn't unlock anything you couldn't do on your own. It gives you the structure, letter templates and tracking system to do it in an organized way.

What exactly do I get?

An 18-page digital kit with a 30-Day Action Plan, a three-bureau credit-report audit, an error-identification worksheet, four letter templates, a dispute/response tracking system, a credit-card balance worksheet, a credit-rebuilding plan, identity-theft and scam warnings, clickable official resources and step-by-step instructions. It comes with a welcome letter from The Hayes Method LLC.

How is the kit delivered?

Digitally. As soon as your purchase is complete, your kit is delivered electronically to the email address you use at checkout. There's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

How long does the process take?

Every situation is different. The 30-Day Action Plan gives you a structure for your first month, but response times depend on the credit bureaus and companies involved, so we don't promise any timeframe or result.

Is there a subscription?

No. It's a one-time $20 purchase. There are no recurring charges.

Is my payment secure?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, a widely used payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on this site.

What's your refund policy?

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Your move.

Start with an 18-page kit, four letter templates and a plan for your next 30 days.
